Suspension Services

What is a revalve?

A suspension revalve is the process of custom-tuning the internal valving of your forks and shock to control how your suspension reacts to bumps, jumps, corners, braking, and acceleration. Unlike simple clicker adjustments, a revalve changes the internal shim stacks and oil flow to match the rider and the way they ride.

Each revalve we perform is custom-built based on rider weight, skill level, riding terrain, ability, and riding style.

The result is a suspension setup that is more controlled, more comfortable, and more predictable—giving you better traction, confidence, and less rider fatigue.

Fork Revalve & Parts - $325

A suspension revalve comes with a service and each revalve we perform is custom-built based on rider weight, skill level, riding terrain, ability, and riding style. OEM settings are a generic setting to work "ok" for a wide range of rider abilities, weights, terrains and riding styles. Now is the time to get your suspesnion tailor built for you! Not only does this include all of the labor involved but it includes all of the wear items as well. Premium fork seals, inner and outer bushings, orings and premium oil. The only thing this does not include is any damaged parts and springs for your weight.

Fork Service & parts - $250

All forks should be serviced every 25 hours of riding. At this point, suspension oil begins to break down, and bushings and seals start to wear, reducing performance and increasing internal wear.

What’s Included in a Fork Service
Our fork service includes complete disassembly of each fork, thorough cleaning and inspection of all components, installation of new seals, bushings, and O-rings as needed, fresh suspension oil, and proper setup of your clickers to ensure optimal performance.

Shock Service & Parts - $125

A-Kit Suspension Explained

Detail your services

What Is A-Kit Suspension?

“A-Kit” suspension is a broad term that generally refers to the highest-level suspension package a company offers. However, not all A-Kit setups are created equal.

For one company, an A-Kit package might include upgraded coatings, premium fork and shock seals, and an aftermarket nitrogen canister. For another, it could mean oversized fork tubes, billet fork lugs, different base and mid-valve pistons, upgraded adjusters, specialty coatings, and more. The term varies depending on the manufacturer and the level of components included.

It’s also important to note that modern A-Kit suspension is more similar to stock suspension than ever before. OEM suspension has improved significantly over the years, closing the gap between production and factory-level components.

Most importantly, suspension performance is rider-specific. A stock setup that has been professionally revalved and tuned for your weight, skill level, terrain, and riding style will outperform an A-Kit setup that was built for someone else.

At the end of the day, the best suspension is the suspension built and tuned for you and not what components and aftermarket parts are inside.
